HOME Visits

We offer HOME VISIT SERVICES for people in and around the UK in the comfort of your HOME.

Please contact us if you are at all unsure if we are able to provide a HOME VISIT SERVICE in your location.

A typical HOME VISIT appointment tends to last around 45 minutes to 1 hour where a FULL ASSESSMENT and RECOMMENDATIONS will be undertaken.

If you are booking a HOME VISIT appointment on behalf of someone, it is important that they are “IN AGREEMENT” with the SERVICE.

We will also need to be made aware of any specific problems prior to our VISIT.

NEW Clients

All New Clients must fill in the “Lifestyle Assessment Form” This may include examination, advice and recommendations, along with a “Health plan” and any necessary referrals.  

Please be aware that MM Gospel Medical Missionary operate a 48 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. 

If you cancel later than this please be aware that you are likely to be charged for your missed appointment.
